Please read the artice below to successfully modify your email client settings.

Dear colleagues!

Our e-mail system will be unreachable from 12:00pm on Friday until 8:00am on Saturday. Each mailbox will be migrated to a new server which will be more reliable and it will provide numerous new or improved features:

 -> webmail client with improved and wider set of features

 -> every user will  be able to set up their own autoreply and email forwarding options

 -> password change through a new administrative website

 -> increased mailbox size, no 2GB mailbox size limit

 -> capability to host mailing services to multiple domain

 -> improved spam filtering and virus protection

To gain access to your e-mails after the migration process, some adjustments will need to be done in your mail clients (e.g. Thunderbird, Outlook, etc). Note that your password will remain unchanged, and all e-mails that will be sent to your address during the upgrade process will be delivered to your mailbox just after some time our mail system will be online again.

Please follow our guides at Important Modifications to change your email settings. The summary of new settings is located at Mail server settings on the left menu. On the Webmail Client section you find informations about the new features of our webmail system.

If you encounter a problem associated with the new settings, the webmail client provides a temporary solution for you. In this situation we will help you apply the new settings on the next working day.
